The Drivers of Technological Eco-Innovation—Dynamic Capabilities and Leadership

In the paper, a theoretical framework that combines multidimensional conceptualization of dynamic capabilities (sensing, seizing, and reconfiguring) with two leadership styles (transactional transformational) types eco-innovation (incremental radical) was developed empirically tested.
